About WaSCA
Founded in 2005, the Washington State Cheesemakers Association (WaSCA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating awareness of and support for Washington State cheeses and cheesemakers.
Through a culture of communication and collaboration, WaSCA will assist and advise our members in the production and distribution of artisan cheese while upholding the traditions and values of American artisan cheesemaking.
We are equally committed to the education of the public on the health benefits and nutritional value of cheese by supporting local cheese events and educational opportunities.
WaSCA believes that artisan cheesemaking is a growing industry and we are dedicated to the support and growth of that industry.
